Troubleshooting

First checks#

• Read the server console from the start — the first error is usually the cause
• Confirm the start order: oxmysql, framework, valencia_core, products
• Confirm the SQL file was imported into the right database
• Open the client console (F8) for interface errors
• Make sure resource folder names were not changed
